What photography services do you offer?

​I offer photography services for individual & couples portraits, family, newborn, maternity, weddings & engagements, events and more!  I'm also available for real estate and landscape photography.

I have a photography idea but I'm not sure if you will do it?  What should I do?​

Send me a message and run the idea by me.  I would love to hear it.  Let's make some magic together and create some beautiful, creative & timeless art!

Do you release untouched, RAW images?

​

No.  The images in your gallery will be edited to improve lighting, contrast, sharpness, and color - all of which is a standard process for digital photography editing process.  Therefore, I do not provide the unedited, untouched RAW images.  All images are property of Amy Costello Photography.

Do you have a studio?

​

No.  Well, not yet, anyway.  **(Let's manifest this dream into the universe!)**. All photo sessions take place at the location of your choice.  Whether it be outdoors or in the comfort of your own home.

How long do the photography sessions last?

​

Session duration is based off of the package that you choose.  Sessions can be as short as 30 minutes for a mini-session and can last as long as 8 hours or more for an event or wedding.

When will I receive my photos?

​

Sneak peeks of your photos will be available within 72 hours of your photo session and full gallery will be available within 30 days of your photo session.

How many photos will I receive in my gallery?

​

Photo amount is based on the package that you choose.

What should I wear?

​

Wear whatever you feel most comfortable wearing and whatever vibe/color scheme that you are going for in your photo session.  Everyone gets nervous about wanting to choose the most flattering outfit.  When in doubt, send me a full selfie of what you're thinking about wearing and I will give you my honest opinion.

Can I change outfits?

Yes, absolutely!

Do I need my hair and makeup professionally done?​

​

That is completely your decision!  However, let me add that professional hair and makeup can make anyone look and feel their best, which is exactly what you want to feel when you get your photos professionally done.  However, the choice is 100% your's.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

​

We're only HUMAN.  Sometimes prior arrangements need to be cancelled due to emergencies or overlooking of a schedule and they need to be rescheduled at another, less hectic time.  Amy Costello Photography understands this and is willing to work with you.  If possible, please give an advanced 24-48 hours notice if you need to cancel and reschedule.  Your deposit will go towards a future session.  If there's an emergency and you cannot give prior notice to cancel, your deposit will still be held and go towards a future session.  However, please note that there are ZERO refunds on deposits already paid.  Please be sure that you are 1000% positive that you wish to book a photography session before you click "book now".  There will be ZERO refunds to those who simply wish to not receive a photo session after they already book the service.  If you decide to simply not show up to your photo session, your deposit will be forfeited and you will not be able to book any future sessions.
